Decent slippers, easy returns

I bought a pair of their House Slippers. Ordering was straightforward on the website, no issues there. They arrived in about 6 days, which was okay, not super fast but not terrible either. Unfortunately, they were a bit too snug for me, so I had to return them. The return process was surprisingly easy; I just followed the instructions on their site, printed a label, and dropped them off. My refund came through in about a week after they received the return. I did end up ordering a size up in the Wool Slippers this time, hoping they'll fit better. The quality of the first pair seemed good, just the sizing was off for me.

Solid sandals, slow delivery

I ordered a pair of the Men's Leather Sandals. They fit pretty well and felt comfortable right away, good arch support too. The quality seems decent for the price. My only complaint was the shipping; it took about 8 days to get to me, which felt a bit long. Customer service was helpful when I asked about the delay, but it would be better if delivery was faster. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, just wish the delivery was quicker.

Good value for my money

I got the Cloud9 Flip Flops during a clearance event. The 40% off made them a really good deal. Shipping was free because my order was over 75, which helped. I felt like I got a solid product for a great price, definitely worth it.

Can you use more than one promo code at checkout? Like if I have a newsletter one and then a seasonal one?

M Mary Roberts 1 month ago
Nah, only one code per order. Tried to stack 'em once and it wouldn't let me.

Pretty sure most online stores only let you use one code. Freewaters is the same, just pick the best discount you have.

How long does shipping usually take to somewhere like, say, Denver?

A Adam D. 1 month ago
I'm in Colorado Springs and got mine in about 5 days, so Denver should be similar, I'd guess.

Mine took about a week to get to the Midwest. Sometimes it's faster, just depends if they're slammed with orders or something.

Thinking of getting a pair of the wool slippers. How do you clean them without messing them up?

L Laura Jackson 2 days ago
I just spot clean mine with a damp cloth and a little mild soap for small marks. Don't throw them in the washing machine!

Hand wash gently with cold water and air dry. That's what I did for my wool ones and they turned out fine. Definitely no dryer.

What's their return policy like? Is it a hassle if they don't fit or I just don't like them?

J Justin W. 3 weeks ago
Returns were super easy for me. Printed a label, sent 'em back, got my refund quick.

I had to return a pair because I ordered the wrong size. No issues at all, pretty standard online return process. Just make sure you do it within their window.

Are their sandals any good for actual walking around or just beach stuff? Like do they have decent arch support?

R Robert Evans 1 week ago
I have high arches and their sandals are surprisingly comfy. Not like hardcore hiking boot arch support, but way better than a basic flip flop.

Yeah, I wear my Cloud9s all day. They're definitely supportive, not flat like some other brands. Good for casual walking.

How do these compare to, say, Tevas or Chacos? Looking for something for summer that's comfy but also decent quality.

W William Robinson 4 weeks ago
Totally different vibe than Tevas or Chacos. Freewaters are more casual, less 'adventure sandal'. Comfort-wise, they're awesome for everyday wear, but I wouldn't hike in them like I would a Chaco.

I'd say Freewaters are more in line with Reef or Sanuk for comfort and style. They're super cushioned and lightweight, great for casual stuff. If you need intense strap support for trails, Teva/Chaco might be better, but for general wear, Freewaters win on comfort for me.

Is Freewaters a legit company, like do they really do the water projects thing or is that just marketing fluff?

A Alex T. 1 month ago
They're totally legit! I've seen stuff on their site about the projects and heard good things. It's a big part of their brand.

Yeah, they're for real. You can find info about the water projects on their site, they're pretty transparent about it. Not just a gimmick.

Hey, thinking of getting some Cloud9s. Do these run true to size or should I go up/down a bit?

M Matt W. 3 weeks ago
Mine were pretty spot on for my regular shoe size. I got the flip flops and they fit perfect.

J Jennifer 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I'd say true to size. I wear an 8 usually and the 8s in their sandals fit great, no weird overhang or anything.
